Welcome to the website of Lendistry Insurance Fulfillment Team, LLC (“LIFT”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our site and services. By visiting or using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.
About LIFT
LIFT is a licensed insurance agency in all 50 states, with its home license in Texas (License No. 3307543). LIFT operates under the name Lendistry Insurance Fulfillment Team Agency in California and Lendistry Insurance Fulfillment Team Agency, LLC in New York. Insurance products offered through LIFT are underwritten by third-party insurance companies. LIFT is not the insurer, and we are not responsible for claims handling or obligations of any insurance carrier.
Our Affiliates
LIFT is an affiliate of B.S.D. Capital, Inc. d/b/a Lendistry (“Lendistry”). Lendistry provides lending and financial services, while LIFT provides insurance services. References or links to Lendistry.com or Lendistry resources on this site are provided for educational purposes and reflect content from Lendistry or other of our affiliates. Insurance products and services are offered separately through LIFT, and are not tied to or conditioned on any lending products or services offered by Lendistry.
Eligibility
This site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. LIFT does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.
